Authors and participants are asked to submit an electronic version of their abstracts and papers through
A special time slot will be given for companies specialized in renewable energy technologies and related matters (consultancy and design offices, manufacturing and fabrication, testing and certification institutes) to present their company profile, products and activities (about 20 minutes)
Companies and institutes interested in the exhibition are requested to send a letter of interest not later than 1 / 5 / 2013 and will be provided with the necessary information on the Exhibition including the costs.
Special workshops will be organized in the following topics
- Policies and strategies and regulations
- South – North Renewable Energy grid
- Financing and investment
- Socio-economic impact of renewable energy
Participants interested in attending one of these workshops are kindly requested to register by filling the form available at conference website.
Conference Fees (including workshops):
· Individuals: 200 Euro
· Students: 50 Euro (studentship status must be presented)
· Companies: 5000 Euro (for 20 minute presentation – does not include the exhibition fees).
Papers & Abstracts
An extended abstract with sufficient details to permit careful review is to be submitted .The code of the subject area of the paper should be indicated. Full papers should be submitted in electronic Form according to the " instructions for Authors" which will be sent upon preliminary acceptance of the abstract, and will be available at the conference web site.
Submitted abstracts should indicate the code of the subject area at the upper right hand corner. The code can be identified from the major topics listed above. For example paper dealing with Legislation, Regulations which is listed under Policies, Strategies & Management should have a code of (1-a), while papers in the subject area of vocational training which is listed under Education and Capacity Building should indicate a code of (5-b).
The Conference Venue
The conference will be held in Dat El emad, Tripoli-Libya. The Dat El emad is located at about 30 km from Tripoli International Airport and about 2 km from the downtown.
